Miles the Mascot Appearance Request

Miles is available for appearances ranging from parades to civic meetings to your child's birthday party. If there's a party, Miles wants to be invited!

Please allow 3 weeks notice prior to appearance when possible.

Completion of this form is a request only and does not guarantee an appearance. Each request will receive fair and consistent consideration and will be confirmed based on availability and team policies.
Based on the nature of your event, Miles appearance fee is $300 per hour. If travel is involved, mileage ($.505/mile), drive-time ($20/hour) and per diem ($42/day) will be charged.
Cancellation must be made 7 (seven) days prior to date of appearance. If you cancel any later than 7 (seven) days you must pay 50% of the total. I also agree that there will be no advertisement about this appearance without written consent from Brad Post, Mascot Coordinator. I agree that I will not use the Denver Broncos name, photos or any likeness of without written consent from Brad Post, Mascot Coordinator.
